These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Playtime/Offerwall Service ("Service"), operated by GrowDeck, formerly known as AFFEFLY PRIVATE LIMITED, registered in India under the Companies Act,2013 ("Provider"). The Service is accessed through a mobile application in partnership with a third- party platform ("Platform"). Provider contact details are available on the Privacy Policy page.
Use of the Service is free of charge and available to individuals aged 13 or older. Each individual may only maintain one account. Selling or transferring accounts to others is prohibited.
By submitting the registration form, you request the creation of a user account. Account sharing or transferring is strictly prohibited.
The contract is effective until either party cancels it at any time without notice.
Provider may terminate the agreement if the User violates these Terms, uses the Service for commercial or abusive purposes, or if the registration is found to be fraudulent.
Cancellation must be in text form. Users may cancel via the Provider's contact details in the legal notice. The Provider may cancel through the Playtime Partner App.
Upon termination, access to the Service, including all data and content associated with the account, will be discontinued.
Termination of the Service does not affect continued use of Preset Apps already installed.
The Service presents mobile apps across various categories and includes a rewards system where users earn coins, cash, or other items for engaging with Preset Apps. Rewards are generated through active app use or in-app purchases. Redemption can be accessed via the Playtime Partner App.
The Provider determines:
These conditions may be modified at any time without explanation. Users have no entitlement to specific rewards.
Unredeemed rewards expire one year after being credited unless transferred to the Playtime Partner App.
Users can redeem rewards in the Playtime Partner App based on an exchange rate set by the Provider.
Redemption value is determined at the time of exchange. The Provider may update rates at any time.
The Provider may add or remove features or link redemption functions to specific conditions without prior notice.
Users forfeit reward redemption rights if they breach app rules or engage in manipulation.
The Service is free to use and register.
Provider content is protected under copyright law. Reuse beyond private, contractual use is not permitted without explicit permission.
Provider strives for uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee error-free operation.
Access may be limited for security or system integrity reasons.
Provider is not obligated to deliver Service updates or software compatibility adjustments.
Provider will aim to fix significant errors affecting usability but excludes external OS issues.
Provider is not responsible for defects, content, or performance of Preset Apps. These are governed by separate agreements between Users and partner companies.
All rights and responsibilities for using Preset Apps lie with the User and the partner company.
Provider is liable only for intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability applies only to personal injury or breach of essential contractual duties, and then only to foreseeable damages.
Users must not upload, share, or link to illegal, offensive, or harmful content, including malware or spam.
Users may only register one account. Pushing items between accounts is prohibited.
Automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized programs are not allowed.
Provider may suspend Users and their devices for misuse, including abnormal behavior like multiple logins from one IP or OS tampering. Reasonable usage exceptions (e.g. households) may apply.
Provider may update Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users who reject changes may have their contracts terminated.
Use is subject to the current Privacy Policy. Data will only be processed as permitted by law or with User consent.
We inform Users about the EU Commission's ODR platform for consumer dispute resolution:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
Server time determines the validity of time-dependent actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Provider may delegate services or assign the contract to third parties. Users may cancel immediately in the case of full contract takeover.
Changes to these Terms require written text form.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
