Refund Policy

At GrowDeck (formerly known as Affiefly Private Limited) (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we operate a strict no-refund policy for advertiser accounts. By adding funds to your Demand-Side Platform (DSP) account, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Funds

All funds deposited into your DSP account are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or refunded, regardless of whether the funds are used in campaigns.

2. Responsibility of Advertisers

It is the sole responsibility of advertisers to carefully plan their budgets before adding funds.

We are not responsible for unutilized balances, incorrect deposits, or unused campaign budgets.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate transaction caused by a technical error in our payment system.
  • Erroneous overcharging proven to be caused directly by our billing system.

No other exceptions apply.

4. Campaign Performance & Spend

We do not guarantee any specific campaign performance, impressions, installs, or returns.

Campaign spending is fully managed by the advertiser through the DSP platform, and all spend is final.

5. Account Closure

If you choose to close your DSP account, any remaining balance will not be refunded.

At our discretion, we may allow transfer of unused funds to another active advertiser account within our platform (case-by-case basis).

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any statutory rights that may apply under applicable law.
